1953 Ford Golden Jubilee Tractor
The owner has asked us to restore the front end. It has seized up and is virtually impossible to steer. The mechanics of a farm tractor are really not too different than any other king pin based front end so we'll proceed with the disassembly, clean everything up and start the rebuild.
This tractor has integrated king pins and wheel hubs. Finding OEM
parts will be a bit of a challenge but with the internet and a
strong following of old tractor buffs, the parts are out there
and available.
The owner has plans of showing this tractor so a nice, clean and detailed repair is important for this potential show winner.
Once parts are located or fabricated, the front end will be rebuilt and realigned.
