Our Philosophy

The Road Performance Assessment (RPA) offers us the best way to learn both the expectations of the owner and the capabilities of the coach in it's unaltered condition. It allows us to collaborate with the owners to understand their concerns and observe the current driveability of the coach.

Our approach to making an RV or Trailer ride better is to bring the rig up to normal manufacturer standards first and then perform the RPA. Key points in the RPA include four-corner weighing, a full suspension analysis, and ride-alongs with the owner.

After the initial ride-along over our 11 mile "test track", the coach owner is provided with a menu of our recommended enhancements, the order they should be applied, and what each will accomplish. This process ensures the needs of each rig are addressed in a holistic manner according to it's use and the owners preferences.

The RPA also ensures that the proper parts are used to eliminate the specific issues. We do not "throw" parts at a problem. Parts that may help eliminate a problem in one rig will not necessarily have the same effect on an identical rig. If we think a customer is asking for a part that will not address their concerns, we prefer not to install it.

Whenever possible we like to repeat the ride-along after each enhancement set is installed. Owners are amazed at the immediate improvements we can make. This also places the owner in a position to choose to do more, or stop and do more later.

Our goal is to gain your complete satisfaction with our work. We know that for each satisfied customer, at least one new customer is gained. If any of the parts we install do not meet or exceed your expectations, we will remove the part at our cost.
